As a Business Systems Analyst within PNC's Technology organization, you will be part of the HR Core Apps and Payroll team and will report into a Software Engineering Manager Sr. You can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Cleveland OH. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint. We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own and evolve Workday integrations and related HR/Payroll/Benefits/Talent applications. This role combines hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration with vendors and internal technology partners. How This Role Fits In The HR Core Apps, Payroll & Benefits team supports Workday and other vendor applications that underpin our HR, benefits and payroll operations. You’ll be responsible for one or more applications, ensuring integrations are reliable, secure, and compliant, while improving performance and operational resilience. Job Description Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements . Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed . Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results . Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .
