As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Capital Markets technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. · This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst Consultant with strong experience in Agile methodologies and Gherkin syntax. This role partners closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of user stories and epics. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Job Description Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements . Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed . Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results . Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary . Requirements

  • Agile methodology expertise (Agile certification is a plus).
  • Gherkin syntax proficiency for writing acceptance criteria.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Data analysis experience.
  • QA engineering background.
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • Certifications are often desired.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to write and refine user stories for epics.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with end users.
  • Ensure stories are fully documented and ready for implementation.
  • Partner with developers during implementation to confirm accurate delivery.
  • Review and validate test cases to ensure quality and completeness.
  • Maintain downstream traceability across all story processes.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
