The Business Systems Analyst for Workday Compensation & Reporting will support the design, optimization, and operational excellence of DoorDash’s Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules. This role partners closely with People Operations, Total Rewards, People Tech, Finance, and HR Business Partners to ensure our compensation programs and reporting capabilities are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong Workday expertise, analytical skills, and a passion for improving processes through technology. This role reports to DoorDash’s Sr. Manager of People Technology.
