Business System Analyst II / III (Wealth Management Digital Platform)
About The Position
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting and all aspects of operational business support for FCB’s Wealth digital platform "Wealth Access". Performs needs assessments to identify feature enhancements and create related business requirements. Works with technical teams to solve and implement these enhancements. Performs user acceptance testing and provides guidance on systems integration and general QA testing. Experience working in wealth management or financial services preferred. Responsible for user application testing, troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Comfortable communicating and presenting to management within Wealth Management to prioritize feature/enhancement deliverables. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group. This role may be hired as a Business Analyst III depending on experience level of the candidate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Operational Support, and Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Operational Support, and Analytics.
Nice To Haves
- Product owner of Wealth Management /Banking core systems.
- Basic working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- User application testing.
- Troubleshooting.
- Ability to use excel to analyze data (pivots, lookups, etc.).
- Experience working in wealth management or financial services.
Responsibilities
- Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
- Provides daily technical support for systems by responding to inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements. May serve as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units.
- Determines system requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Ensures compliance through monitoring and analysis.
- Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, discrepancies, and areas of improvement.
