The Business Support Analyst will be the focal point to manage all functions related to inventory, reporting, etc. to support internal and external customer requirements. This role is part of Customer Support & Investigation Services (CS&IS), which facilitates investigation processes for engines, controls, parts, or support equipment that failed in the field or are involved in an aircraft mishap or safety incident. CS&IS also performs engine hardware repair support and administers contract warranty provisions, defective product recalls, approved Special Support Request (SSR's) and contract guarantee provisions. The business unit supports multiple engine models including F100, F117, F119, F135, Tanker, APU, J52 and the TF33 engine.
