About The Position

Milacron is looking for a Bilingual Business Support Analyst to join our team in Queretaro, Mexico. The Business Support Analyst will provide administrative support for Milacron Mexico offices. Work You'll Do: Manage business KPIs, prepare periodical and on-demand reports and analysis for the leadership team. Own trade shows processes integrally, including (but not limited to) relationship with organization, participants, vendors and communications. Handle all internal LATAM communications, including updating distribution lists. Support LATAM Leadership team as needed with business and administrative tasks. Manage and update different business databases. Support Sales managers with marketing administrative activities, including social and printed media. Handle trade guilds and associations relationships. Canacintra, Anipac, and local chambers. Support Operations manager with facilities management tasks. Manage supplies for office and shop needs. Handle incoming phone calls and route inquiries as needed. Assist in planning and handling customer visits. Other duties and special projects assigned on demand.

Requirements

  • Structured and organized individual
  • Capable communicator both written and verbal and able to take projects to completion
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize workload and perform with minimal supervision. Including working for a team of Managers/Directors
  • Ability to build working relationships with external customers and with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Fully bilingual Spanish and English

Nice To Haves

  • Administration bachelor’s degree, or equivalent is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of administrative experience is preferred
