We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Financial Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role based in Hendersonville, TN. In this role, you will serve as a key finance business partner for the PIC Americas Sales organization, collaborating closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives, provide financial insights, and enhance customer support. Because this position supports teams and customers across the Americas, being fully bilingual in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication and partnership. The ideal candidate thrives in a culturally diverse, fast‑paced environment and works effectively across functional teams. You are a strong communicator, analytical thinker, detail‑oriented, and naturally curious, always looking to understand the “why” behind the numbers. This position is based in our Hendersonville, TN office and offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite / 2 days remote. The role will require up to 10% international travel. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - 75,000 USD. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. You Will Serve as the Finance Business Partner and support Financial Planning & Analysis across the Americas Utilize financial tools and business understanding to support data-driven decision making across the business. Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively. Support detailed operating analysis focused on PIC’s Central business unit. Assist with the preparation of business review presentations and analyses. Support ad-hoc tasks and various business projects to improve processes and increase productivity. Support global monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results. Collaborate and work closely across all levels of PIC’s business stakeholders to assess and report financial performance. Establish priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail and Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
