About The Position

PIC North America, a Genus Company, has an exciting opportunity. We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Financial Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role based in Hendersonville, TN. In this role, you will serve as a key finance business partner for the PIC Americas Sales organization, collaborating closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives, provide financial insights, and enhance customer support. Because this position supports teams and customers across the Americas, being fully bilingual in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication and partnership. The ideal candidate thrives in a culturally diverse, fast‑paced environment and works effectively across functional teams. You are a strong communicator, analytical thinker, detail‑oriented, and naturally curious, always looking to understand the “why” behind the numbers. This position is based in our Hendersonville, TN office and offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite / 2 days remote. The role will require up to 10% international travel. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - 75,000 USD. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role applying core finance and accounting principles.
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Familiarity with D365 and other financial software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Finance Business Partner and support Financial Planning & Analysis across the Americas
  • Utilize financial tools and business understanding to support data-driven decision making across the business.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Support detailed operating analysis focused on PIC’s Central business unit.
  • Assist with the preparation of business review presentations and analyses.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and various business projects to improve processes and increase productivity.
  • Support global monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
  • Collaborate and work closely across all levels of PIC’s business stakeholders to assess and report financial performance.
