This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners. This role leads the delivery of accurate, timely reporting and ensures the day-to-day reliability of scorecards, dashboards, and business review materials for the Management Team. It requires significant experience, sound independent judgment, and a high degree of autonomy, along with strong cross-functional coordination to manage complex reporting processes across multiple data sources, stakeholders, and deadlines. Serving as both the operational backbone and subject matter expert, this position drives report production, data integrity, and process discipline while providing clear visibility into performance against goals. The role also supports senior leaders by anticipating reporting needs, proactively resolving issues, and keeping high-visibility deliverables on track across teams.
