About The Position

ActionLink is seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy professional to join our TCL team as a Business Strategy Analyst. In this role, you will turn complex data into clear strategies that drive growth for both our organization and our clients. You’ll partner with executives, internal stakeholders, and key clients to extract insights, build business cases, and deliver compelling presentations that shape market strategy.

Requirements

Master's degree preferred but not required in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
7+ years of experience in business or data analysis, with a proven track record of client-facing work at the executive level
Strong SQL skills and experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex data for diverse audiences
Business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret large data sets to uncover trends, opportunities and risks

Collaborate across business units to align strategies with organizational goals
