This role involves creating, implementing, and managing business development programs for various channels including Bank, Independent Advisor, Broker-Dealer, RIA, Retirement, Institutional, and International. The position reports to GSAM’s CSG Global Head of Business Strategy and requires close collaboration with external/internal sales professionals, managers, and financial professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing professional development, practice management, and training programs for financial advisors and intermediary sales professionals. Strong interpersonal skills, experience delivering educational content, workshops, and presentations, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives are essential. The candidate should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
