About The Position

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Solutions Recruiter to support workforce development initiatives by connecting businesses with high-quality, professional-level talent. This role plays a critical part in bridging employers and job seekers, while also guiding candidates through the hiring process to ensure successful placements and long-term career growth.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing methodologies, and talent pipeline development
  • Understanding of employment laws, policies, and workforce program compliance requirements
  • Ability to design and evaluate recruiting strategies and measure outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general recruiting technologies
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn applicant tracking systems and workforce platforms
  • Capability to analyze labor market data and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, ideally within workforce development or recruiting
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Certified Business Services Consultant (CBSC) certification strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and local businesses to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to source, attract, and place professional-level candidates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build targeted candidate pipelines aligned to specific job requirements
  • Provide career coaching, including resume development, interview preparation, salary guidance, and offer negotiation support
  • Ensure candidates are registered in workforce systems and that resumes are properly posted and accessible to employers
  • Support and guide candidates through labor exchange platforms and workforce programs
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community networking opportunities
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, employment patterns, and workforce development strategies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support program success
