About The Position

The RBP II is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The ideal candidate may possess a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or a related area. The position requires familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. The individual will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks, and may lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in high-volume, non-technical recruitment.
  • Strong administrative and partnership skills.
  • Ability to manage volume and deadlines effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a client lead or recruiting business partner.
  • Former experience in talent acquisition with companies like Aerotek or Robert Half.

Responsibilities
