About The Position

Aleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), an established software category with a multi-billion market but no clear winner. We’re trying to solve a problem many finance teams are super familiar with: data scattered across a million systems, endless spreadsheets and way too much time spent getting numbers to line up instead of actually using them to make decisions. Aleph was founded by Albert Gozzi and Santiago Perez De Rosso, two technical founders with backgrounds from Stanford and MIT and experience working at top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft and Bain & Company. We’re backed by top VCs (Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, YC, Picus Capital), and work with customers like Webflow, Notion, Zapier, Y Combinator and many others. We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM). As we scale from 75 to 150+ employees, you'll play a key role in growing our talent acquisition engine across business functions. You'll own end-to-end hiring, from sourcing candidates to close, for GTM and BizOps roles. In a tight partnership with hiring managers across the company, you'll get to innovate, automate, and shape how we find, engage, and hire the best team members that power Aleph. While this is a remote-first opportunity, we're focusing on candidates within the Americas to better align with our working hours as a team. Requirements

4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across business functions, including as an early or founding recruiter at a company under 500 employees
Experience recruiting GTM roles at a B2B SaaS company
Comfortable recruiting across role types and can quickly learn what makes candidates great in each function
Creativity with outbound sourcing: you’re proud of finding talent others can't
Proficient with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby and Juicebox
Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to inform sourcing strategies and optimize funnel performance
Passionate about the candidate experience and take pride in being the first impression of Aleph

Responsibilities

Full-cycle ownership (sourcing, outreach, screening, coordination, candidate experience, offer and close) across GTM and BizOps functions
Build and maintain strong pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates
Leverage and continuously improve robust hiring processes and documentation
Be a trusted partner to hiring managers across GTM and BizOps
