About The Position

Lennox is seeking a Business Solutions Lead Architect to serve as the principal technical resource and business partner for their SAP Commerce B2B and B2C eCommerce portal. This role is crucial for leading the implementation and enhancement of the portal to support the company's future growth. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, analyze these requirements to improve the eCommerce websites and user experiences, and provide functional expertise during design discussions. Key responsibilities include designing user interaction models, workflows, and interfaces for intuitive user experiences, communicating complex ideas clearly, monitoring industry trends, managing partner relationships, ensuring solutions align with the IT strategy, and supporting project initiation phases like scoping and estimation. The role also involves participation in system and integration testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Solutions Architect, Business Consultant, or in a related/similar position.

Responsibilities

• Function as the principal technical resource and business partner for the SAP Commerce B2B and B2C eCommerce portal, leading its implementation and enhancement to position the company for future growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into user stories or use cases for technical teams.
• Analyze requirements to enhance eCommerce websites and optimize user experiences.
• Provide functional expertise and insights during design discussions.
• Design user interaction models, workflows, and interfaces to ensure intuitive user experiences.
• Communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate applicable standards into processes.
• Manage relationships with both internal and external partners to drive project success.
• Ensure solutions align with the organization’s long-term IT strategy.
• Support feasibility studies, project assessments, and the initiation phase, including scoping, risk management, and estimation.
• Participate in system and integration testing to verify functionality and compliance with business requirements.
