About The Position

You will play a key part in driving customer experience transformation by identifying opportunities to improve commercial processes and delivering technology-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business. Working closely with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external partners, you will help shape and implement innovative solutions leveraging automation, AI, advanced analytics, and CRM technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact transformation initiatives within a global organization while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Interest in data analytics, automation, and digital technologies.
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and identify solution opportunities.
Analyse and map commercial processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization.
Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation solutions and AI-enabled capabilities.
Collaborate on the deployment and enhancement of CRM platforms, intelligent selling models, and other commercial technologies.
Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document business processes and solution designs.
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to users, ensuring successful adoption of new tools and processes.
Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to drive efficiency and improve the customer experience.
