About The Position

The Business Solutions Analyst is a fully proficient product and experience practitioner who independently owns smaller initiatives or substantial workstreams within complex initiatives. The role turns customer and business problems into practical combinations of process, system, vendor, data, communication, and operating changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience leading customer, digital, product, operational, technology-enabled, or enterprise improvement work
  • Experience independently framing moderately complex problems and distinguishing symptoms from likely root causes
  • Experience designing future-state processes, functional behaviors, business rules, or customer experiences
  • Experience leading smaller initiatives or major workstreams from discovery through implementation, adoption, and measurement
  • Experience translating customer and business problems into requirements, data needs, integrations, acceptance criteria, and measures
  • Experience partnering directly with SaaS providers, technical teams, and cross-functional business partners

Responsibilities

  • Independently investigate moderately complex customer and business problems combining data, customer feedback, operational insight, frontline observations, system behavior, and technical context to distinguish symptoms from likely root causes
  • Designing practical future states connecting customer interactions, business rules, roles, workflows, communications, data, systems, and controls
  • Personally lead smaller initiatives or major workstreams from discovery through solution selection, implementation, launch, adoption, stabilization, and learning
  • Partnering directly with SaaS providers, implementation partners, Technology, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and platform owners
  • Translating customer and business needs into functional behavior, data requirements, integrations, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Contribute actively to feasibility and design decisions and recommend build, buy, configure, integrate, automate, or partner approaches.
  • Influence without final decision authority
  • Planning and support testing, launch readiness, communications, training, process adoption, and stabilization
  • Defining measures with business and data partners, evaluate post-launch results, identify gaps, and recommend follow-on improvements
