About The Position

The Business Solutions Analyst plays an integral role within the Finance Partnership Network, working collaboratively with Finance Partners, Financial Analysts, systems specialists, and project management professionals to provide responsive, high-quality financial services and strategic guidance across the University. The role proactively identifies and advances opportunities to strengthen financial processes, enhance service delivery, and address the evolving needs of academic and administrative units. The incumbent contributes to the goals of the Finance Partnership Network by promoting operational excellence and a strong culture of continuous improvement. The role delivers both strategic insight and technical expertise to Senior Finance Partners, Finance Partners and Financial Analysts, ensuring alignment with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and leading practices in financial management. The incumbent provides critical guidance and hands-on support to Finance Partnership teams to enable seamless, efficient financial operations. The Business Solutions Analyst ensures that financial systems and tools function reliably, securely, and efficiently in support of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and informed decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders, the incumbent drives system optimization, supports enhancements and upgrades, strengthens internal controls, and advances data integrity and transparency across the Finance Partnership Network.
