About The Position

This position will be responsible for supporting the Business Solutions Sales Officers and branch associates through system and application administration around applicable products, including, but not limited to, Business Advantage Online Banking, remote deposit capture, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Credit Cards and Merchant Services (collectively referred to as Business Solutions). This role is specific to individuals who have not been fully cross-trained to support both Treasury Management and Merchant Services. Additional responsibilities include, delivering the Bank's Right By You quality customer service to each internal and external customer; ensuring service level agreements with customers are met and exceeded; and providing tier 1 level support of hardware/equipment issues around associated services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 4 years of treasury services, merchant services or credit card platform experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Extensive knowledge of all Treasury Services products and services.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures and to work independently and have excellent organizing and prioritizing skills.
  • Must be an excellent problem solver.
  • Knowledge of the Bank's policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel, if needed, throughout the footprint of the Bank.

  • Proficiency with the following systems/platforms: Fiserv Precision (core customer, deposit/loan and GL system platform)
  • Proficiency with the following systems/platforms: Fiserv Create Digital
  • Experience with Fiserv Clover Merchant services.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the Business Solutions Sales Officers, branches and customers with system administration for products such as cash management, credit card and merchant services for new and existing customers.
  • Administration and maintenance of Treasury accounts on the respective system platforms, which includes account set up, balancing and settlement functions and review of daily monitoring reports.
  • Administration and Maintenance of Credit Cards, which includes account setup and support to internal and external customers as well as Quarterly reports for all card brands.
  • Administration and maintenance of Merchant Services which includes account setup and support of internal and external customers.
  • Provide platinum level customer service to internal and external customers for Treasury Services in troubleshooting, merchant terminal set-up/programming and assisting in charge-backs and disputes.
  • Proactively analyze accounts and deliver needs based solutions to existing and prospective customers that are cost-benefit driven.
  • Serve as Treasury Services system and product Subject Matter Expert for all sales and branch associates.
  • Development of business proposals to aid sales associates.
  • Deal with complex customers along with possessing and utilizing exceptional organizational time management skills.
  • Responsible for maintaining knowledge of industry-related technologies, products and services. Assist in developing and leading product and service training either in-branch or via webinar periodically throughout the year.
  • Proactively analyze fee structure of products and services as compared to peers in our markets.
  • Compile and organize sales and referrals for sales representatives and field associates.
  • Perform daily GL balancing and Settlement functions.
