This position supports the daily operations of the world's largest wholesale auto marketplace, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and external business partners. The role assists with retail operations from start to finish, including communicating with suppliers and sublet vendors, coordinating retail activities, maintaining customer vehicle trackers, inputting vehicle information into systems like AS400 and RPP, creating estimates for retail customers, managing inventory reports, investigating errors, verifying vehicle completion, preparing and notifying customers of requests, following up on vehicle prep, and communicating with the accounting team to balance recon completion. The role also provides administrative/clerical support and assists with special projects.
