About The Position

This role involves sourcing and matching candidates to job openings, building and sustaining strong relationships with employers and community partners, assisting businesses with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, organizing job fairs, hiring events, and employer presentations, and monitoring employer satisfaction to improve placements. The ideal candidate will have a customer service background with strong relationship-building and consulting skills and must be willing to travel to events and employer meetings across the eight-county region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or 2 years of relevant work experience in business to business sales, marketing, customer service, staffing or recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
- Strong presentation skills with public speaking or outside sales experience
- Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources
- Demonstrated knowledge of labor market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Driver's License in good standing and proof of current automobile insurance required
Nice To Haves

- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
