About The Position

This role combines strategic execution with hands-on sourcing delivery and close stakeholder collaboration. You will play a key role in driving cost optimization, improving service quality, and strengthening supplier partnerships to deliver measurable business value. You will be working in a team that partners closely with stakeholders across corporate functions and procurement colleagues globally. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, talent, and technology, as well as external suppliers, to ensure alignment, deliver sourcing initiatives, and continuously improve procurement outcomes.

Requirements

Master’s degree in business, procurement, finance, or related field
5-8+ years’ experience in procurement or sourcing roles
Proven track record delivering sourcing projects and measurable outcomes
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
Solid analytical and financial evaluation capabilities

Nice To Haves

Experience managing corporate services categories such as travel or professional services
Familiarity with supplier performance management and contract compliance
Experience working within global or matrix organizations
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities

Responsibilities

Execute procurement strategies across multiple corporate service categories
Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including supplier selection and negotiations
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into sourcing solutions
Manage supplier performance, contracts, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
Drive process improvements and support procurement transformation initiatives
