About The Position

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external customers and suppliers to meet business needs while focusing on simplicity of design and ease of interaction. You will prioritize information requests, communicate impacts effectively to stakeholders, and work across multiple functions to deliver solutions that drive clarity and action. Your Impact • Interpret data with strong problem-solving skills and tell a compelling story through results • Identify problems and opportunities, recommending actionable solutions • Design reporting and metrics that enable informed decisions and drive resolution • Present findings that foster understanding, alignment, and strategic choices • Participate in problem resolution to improve business processes • Accommodate internal and external customer requests with agility • Partner across functions and levels within the organization • Design and recommend improvements to business processes • Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to resolve issues • Provide guidance and training support to team members • Summarize and communicate recommendations to leadership clearly • Work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams • Operate effectively across geographies and cultures • Influence and collaborate with peers to achieve results through others • Serve as an escalation contact for internal and external partners • Exemplify our values of Integrity, External Focus, Broad-mindedness, Agility, Leadership, and Results while fostering a vibrant culture Your Experience • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and/or 3–5 years of related business experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented with critical thinking skills • Experience prioritizing multiple activities simultaneously • Proven success leading change in an ambiguous and dynamic environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong analytical skills and a self-starter mindset • Domestic and international travel may be required • Comfortable working in a fun, agile, and fast-paced business environment Number of Days in Office: 3 #LI-Hybrid #LI-Associate #LI-SG1 Compensation: Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
