About The Position

The Business Services Analyst supports the Bank’s Business Services strategy by managing product data reporting and analysis across business banking services. This role owns key data platforms supports profitability analysis and partners across teams to deliver insights that improve performance customer experience and strategic payments initiatives. The role also contributes to innovation by researching new technologies including AI driven solutions that enhance efficiency and decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferred in Business Finance Data Analytics Information Systems or related field
  • Experience or strong interest in business banking products data analysis or financial technology
  • Strong analytical research and data management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Strong communication organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively while independently owning responsibilities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate reporting for Business Services products including account analysis merchant services ACH wires online banking and fraud tools.
  • Analyze product and customer profitability to support strategic planning and business decisions.
  • Prepare clear reports presentations and insights on performance trends and opportunities.
  • Serve as solution owner for the Enhanced Account Analysis platform ensuring accurate setup and ongoing use.
  • Partner with internal teams to maintain high data quality and consistency.
  • Support data processes that improve visibility into pricing usage and profitability.
  • Use data to assess customer behavior adoption and product improvement opportunities.
  • Support administration of Business Services systems workflows and processes.
  • Assist with development implementation and optimization of business services offerings across markets.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies including AI automation and workflow tools.
  • Recommend solutions that improve reporting efficiency decision support and operational effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on trends in business banking technology and analytics.
  • Generate and distribute market specific prospecting data.
  • Provide analysis that identifies customers and prospects with growth opportunities.
  • Partner with bankers operations support teams and leadership to advance Business Services initiatives.
  • Communicate findings clearly and professionally.
  • Support strategic payments initiatives through research data analysis and coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and strong service standards at all times.
