About The Position

Topaz HR Advisory is seeking a motivated and driven Business Sales Representative to help expand its client base and support company growth. This role is ideal for someone with approximately one year of professional experience who is eager to build relationships, generate new business, and close deals. The company values work ethic, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset above all else. The position is located in West Orange, NJ, and is a full-time role, Monday – Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, with an hourly rate of $20 - $25 and a generous bonus structure.

Requirements

Approximately 1 year of professional experience (sales, customer service, or business-related experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with outreach, networking, and confidently asking for the business
Willingness to travel and attend trade shows/events (reliable transportation required)
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities
Conduct outbound outreach including cold calls, emails, and strategic follow-ups
Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
Represent Topaz HR at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
Travel as needed to meet prospective clients and strengthen relationships
Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects through the sales pipeline
Accurately track activity, opportunities, and client interactions within CRM systems
Collaborate with leadership to execute company growth strategies
