About The Position

As a Business Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for growing our business customer base by developing new relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering customized telecommunications solutions. You'll represent ImOn Communications throughout the community while partnering with local businesses to help them stay connected with industry-leading internet, voice, data, and communications services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
  • Comfortable using Customer Relationship Management systems and standard business software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed to support customers and achieve sales objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of business telecommunications, internet, voice, and data services is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, canvassing, and community involvement.
  • Build lasting relationships with local businesses and become a trusted technology advisor.
  • Deliver engaging in-person sales presentations tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Recommend internet, voice, data, and bundled communications solutions that deliver value.
  • Manage an assigned sales territory and develop strategic business partnerships.
  • Stay informed on competitors, market trends, and emerging technology.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience from sale through installation.
