Requirements
- Proficiency in requirements traceability using Jira
- Proficiency in DOL SDLCMM documentation standards
- Proficiency in Confluence authoring
- SQL literacy
- JIRA Operations experience
- Structured Query Language (SQL) experience
- R12.2 Oracle E‑Business Suite Fundamentals coursework
- U.S. Citizen
Nice To Haves
- Ability to conduct fit‑gap analysis against Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP standard functionality
- Ability to assess quarterly cloud release impacts on documented requirements
Responsibilities
- Converts approved change requests into documented requirements, functional designs, and acceptance criteria with full end‑to‑end traceability through testing.
