Business Relationship Manager
About The Position
GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Business Relationship Manager to work onsite in Harrisburg. This position requires the candidate to provide coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight across multiple business units. The resource will serve as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), providing coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight across multiple business units. They will ensure effective alignment between business partners and ESO IT by managing priorities, monitoring progress, and facilitating clear communication. In addition, the resource will perform targeted business analysis activities to help translate business needs into actionable requirements that support project objectives.
Requirements
- Experience as a BA, BRM, Project Coordinator, or similar role – 3-5 years
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements – 5 years
- Experience supporting Agile teams and SDLC processes – 5 years
- Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools – 3 years
- Experience coordinating testing activities and supporting UAT – 3-5 years
- Experience managing project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues – 3 years
- Experience facilitating stakeholder communication and alignment across business and IT – 5 years
- Experience documenting business processes at a high level and supporting clarification of requirements – 3-5 years
- Experience supporting backlog refinement, user story development, and sprint coordination – 3-5 years
Nice To Haves
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps, Agile frameworks, and standard SDLC practices.
Responsibilities

- Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment across business and IT.
- Document business processes at a high level and support clarification of requirements.
