About The Position

This is a full-time 40 hours weekly position with the Bureau of Information and Technology (BIT). The BRM serves as the primary liaison between state agencies and BIT, advocating for agency technology needs and helping deliver effective solutions. The BRM role combines strategic advocacy, operational coordination, and relationship management to deliver value and drive technology success for state agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Building collaborative relationships with assigned agencies and BIT teams.
  • Maintaining deep knowledge of agency structures, processes, and technology requirements.
  • Translating business needs into actionable technology projects and solutions.
  • Communicating technical concepts in understandable terms to diverse stakeholders.
  • Facilitating timely resolution of technology-related issues.
  • Supporting RFP/RFI processes, technology acquisitions, and contract reviews.
  • Leading and mentoring teams to achieve customer satisfaction and support agency goals.
