They combine relationship development, credit analysis, loan structuring, and portfolio management to build a high-quality book of small business and SBA lending relationships. They are critical to ensure the achievement of the credit union's strategic goals, including significantly expanding SBA lending volume and establishing the organization as a preferred small business lender in the community. Additionally, the BRM SBA II serves as a team resource, supporting internal process improvements, and mentoring less experienced team members.
