Requirements

  • A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proven in-house experience recruiting for business roles at a high-growth company, with ownership of a commercial hiring function
  • Breadth across business disciplines, including compliance, risk, marketing, finance, operations, and HR
  • The ability to assess candidate strength and cultural fit without needing role requirements simplified
  • Commercial literacy: you can understand how a business operates and engages its markets, and engage business leaders as a peer
  • A track record of sourcing independently, building pipelines from scratch, and managing commercial stakeholders
  • Measurable delivery across key hiring metrics: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance
  • Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Business Leaders to scope roles, understand team needs, and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Manage the entire hiring process end-to-end, from initial outreach to final offer
  • Own business hiring across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and HR
  • Qualify candidates credibly before looping in hiring managers, without needing requirements translated
  • Design and implement a systematic, data-driven recruitment process aligned with both individual role requirements and the company's long-term goals
  • Build, maintain, and continually expand a strong network of top-tier business talent for future hiring needs
  • Strengthen our employer brand and help position the company as a top employer for business professionals
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
  • Leverage your experience to identify opportunities for process optimisation and introduce best practices across the hiring lifecycle
