About The Position
Provide shared-service direct support to Oracle’s Field License Sales and Consulting organizations. The role manages the production and delivery of high-quality, compliant, competitive proposals intended to win business and generate new revenue. It also reviews completed proposals for responsiveness and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct project management support for delivering high-quality, competitive proposals to external prospects.
- Develop win themes and maintain liaison with external partners and integrators participating in joint operations.
- Analyze proposals to determine delivery specifications and preparation outlines.
- Analyze evaluation criteria and develop feature/benefit tables and storyboards.
- Provide direction on compliance with statutory, regulatory, and commercial business guidelines provided by prospective and established customers.
- Plan text and graphics preparation and establish a control environment for virtual collaboration by internationally distributed teams.
- Establish and manage proposal submission schedules and develop proposal preparation instructions.
- Create compliance and author-response matrices and develop writing instructions for authors.
- Plan and conduct project kickoff meetings and manage execution of the proposal development plan.
- Contribute to or write executive summaries.
- Establish document version-control methods and create document review directions and procedures.
- Manage review and editing cycles.
- Coordinate final proposal assembly and delivery.
- Review final proposals for compliance and responsiveness.
