About The Position

The Growth, Planning & Activation team is seeking an experienced program manager and relationship builder interested in deepening their exposure to data-driven strategy and business planning. This role operates at the intersection of growth strategy, execution, and insight generation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Advice and Wealth Management to translate complex information into clear insights, informing business decisions and influencing executive-level outcomes. A primary focus of this position is supporting the business planning and forecasting cycle, including work that directly impacts divisional and executive scorecards. Additionally, this role will lead and coordinate critical growth initiatives across multiple stakeholders, influence the prioritization and evolution of analytics and measurement tools for growth performance, support Advice and Wealth Management growth performance through insight generation and strategic problem solving, and convert quantitative and qualitative inputs into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of related work experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • two years of direct project management experience preferred.
  • Financial Services and/or function‑specific experience strongly preferred.
  • Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage individual projects or multiple workstreams within a broader program, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans, contributing expertise to major project milestones and required tasks.
  • Provide guidance on project management best practices, leveraging prior experience to anticipate challenges and identify effective solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring projects align with the company’s overall strategy and respond appropriately to evolving market conditions.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues regularly to stakeholders including team members, leaders, and senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively fostering communication and influencing key decisions.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Communicate recommended solutions to stakeholders and leadership to secure alignment and buy in.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
