Requirements

  • Minimum of five years related work experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of managing a project preferred
  • Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred
  • Graduate degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Communication Consultant (CCs) to connect strategies across clients and identify high-impact client communication approaches; partnering with Marketing to scale where opportunities exist
  • Spearhead improvements in data and insights, partnering with Data to improve access, usability, and client-ready reporting
  • Use client data and insights to influence strategies, aligning to client needs and improving participant engagement
  • Shape RFI/RFP and prospect narratives to reflect a consistent, portfolio-level view of our communication strategy and capabilities
  • Support cross-over and roll-over (CORO) initiatives for CC organization by driving alignment and visibility, including developing and maintaining scorecards to track performance and inform focus areas
  • Create and manage integrated client communication calendars, ensuring visibility, alignment, and coordinated delivery across teams
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for client communication testing opportunities, partnering with CCs to identify appropriate clients, align stakeholders, and ensure a consistent, scalable approach
  • Provide flexible support to leadership based on priorities, helping drive efficiency, alignment, and overall impact
