Requirements

• Minimum of five years related work experience with two years of managing a project.
• Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
• Consulting mindset and a passion for driving change.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Direct consulting experience is a strong advantage.
• Certifications like PMP, Prosci or Agile are highly valued.
