Requirements
- Five years related work experience.
- Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on technology projects.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with corporate site team, Marketing Technology, and stakeholders to create user experience transformations that drive significant change to the experience.
- Manage technical, user experience, and content projects for the Corporate website from inception to delivery.
- Review and approve content in Adobe Experience Manager, author complex pages, submit content to Advertising Compliance, upload assets to the DAM, maintain durable site content monthly, quarterly, annually, as needed.
- Manage the product roadmap on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify and spearhead process improvements, and maintain issues backlog.
- PM system enhancements and fixes: submit tickets to the dev team, provide requirements, test enhancements, approve for elevation.
- Troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
- Support site and platform elevation activities, including after hours.
- Participates in ongoing business planning and prioritization activities.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
