Requirements

  • Five years related work experience.
  • Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on technology projects.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with corporate site team, Marketing Technology, and stakeholders to create user experience transformations that drive significant change to the experience.
  • Manage technical, user experience, and content projects for the Corporate website from inception to delivery.
  • Review and approve content in Adobe Experience Manager, author complex pages, submit content to Advertising Compliance, upload assets to the DAM, maintain durable site content monthly, quarterly, annually, as needed.
  • Manage the product roadmap on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Identify and spearhead process improvements, and maintain issues backlog.
  • PM system enhancements and fixes: submit tickets to the dev team, provide requirements, test enhancements, approve for elevation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
  • Support site and platform elevation activities, including after hours.
  • Participates in ongoing business planning and prioritization activities.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
