About The Position

abra SAP department is seeking an ERP Business Project Manager. This role involves bridging business users in global subsidiaries with internal IT and ERP systems, ensuring effective execution of end-to-end business processes and requirements in SAP Business One environments. The position requires a strong understanding of ERP business processes, finance & procurement workflows, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into system requirements. It is a full-time, hybrid position based in Israel.

Requirements

• Background as PMO / Super User / Key User in business systems environments
• Strong understanding of Finance & Procurement business processes
• Understanding of integrations and API concepts
• Excellent English (spoken, written, and reading) – working with global teams daily
• Strong business and systems thinking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder, global environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP Business One – strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end business processes in Finance & Procurement (Purchase-to-Pay)
• Act as the main interface between global business users and internal IT/ERP teams
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional needs
• Support and guide business users as a Super User in SAP Business One environment
• Drive process improvements and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT in a global environment
