About The Position

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As the Educator Advocacy Program Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, execution, and scaling of programs that empower and celebrate our global educator community. Your role sits at the intersection of community engagement and operational excellence, ensuring that our advocacy initiatives have the resources, structure, and visibility they need to thrive. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 3 years of experience as an educator or administrator, such as k12, etc.
  • Certification in Google Champions.

  • Experience in program management with a technology company.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Global Champions Community, fostering a secure environment for educators to collaborate, share insights, and advance their professional practice.
  • Curate high-impact content and orchestrate global professional development events, partnering with thought leaders and organizations to deliver valuable pedagogical insights and resources.
  • Drive strategic advocacy and outreach by promoting community achievements and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to amplify global visibility and reach.
  • Synthesize engagement data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders while resolving complex operational challenges with significant autonomy and agility.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align program initiatives with core Google for Education tools and measurable student impact.
