Business Processes Consultant
About The Position
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to drive business consulting by translating the customer’s vision into solutions. The role involves mapping finance and controlling business processes to solution requirements, helping position disruptive business innovation, and supporting the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. The consultant will support solution design and configuration across multiple solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. They will participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes, drive the deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries, and support pre-sales activities. Additionally, the role includes supporting and delivering solution reviews and feasibility studies, supporting escalated and partner-led projects, and delivering customer workshops. The consultant will introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates and content, deliver solution training to customer project members, and create project documentation. A comprehensive understanding of the relevant services portfolio for the solution area and related finance and controlling areas is expected, with a focus on delivering according to specification and providing feedback for continuous improvement. Support in solution testing and issue resolution is also part of the responsibilities.
