The team sustains a mission‑critical system that integrates data, analytics, and organizational processes across multiple regions to ensure a secure, scalable, and efficient platform for case management, trend analysis, and coordinated activities. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active U.S. government Secret level security clearance or higher to be considered for this role. Meaningful Work and Personal Impact
Lead the Reporting team in modernization efforts
Provide technical and management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives
Apply domain expertise and technical knowledge with critical impact on project implementation
Supervise others as needed to meet program objectives
Develop and deliver high‑quality data systems, reports, analytical products, and features
Provide O&M support for all existing data systems, including the Enterprise Data Warehouse integrating multiple sources and established extracts
Support, update, and deliver enterprise reporting using PowerBI dashboards
Design, develop, support, maintain, and enhance the Enterprise Search application blending multi‑source search results, APIs, BI capabilities, and OpenSearch features
Contribute to AI/ML module development, research, enhancement, and deployment for entity extraction and relationship mapping from unstructured datasets
Support modernization of the agency’s data ecosystem with evolving Cloud and non‑Cloud technology stacks
Follow Agile Scrum, Kanban, or other methodologies as directed by the customer

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active U.S. government Secret level security clearance or higher
• BA/BS degree or 4 additional years of equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment
• 5+ years of experience using data management and visualization software; PowerBI strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualizations
• 5+ years of experience leading teams with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and implement significant strategic initiatives
