About The Position

This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a highly capable Mid-Level Business Process Specialist at Offutt AFB, NE to support Collection Management (CM), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Planning, and Knowledge/Information Management (KM/IM) functions for the 55th Wing. The role combines operational ISR support with enterprise-level business process standardization, ensuring effective collection planning, requirements management, and knowledge-sharing across distributed organizations. The ideal candidate will bridge operational intelligence processes with structured data and knowledge management practices to enhance mission effectiveness and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experience in ISR collection planning and execution, multi-INT collection coordination and integration and intelligence requirements development and validation.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate operational and business process requirements
  • Experience with enterprise Knowledge Management implementation and governance
  • Strong verbal communication skills for briefings and collaborative discussions
  • Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and IC security and conduct standards
  • Familiarity with DCWF (DoD Cyber Workforce Framework) roles and requirements.
  • Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance
  • TS/SCI eligibility with a favorable Tier 5 (T5) investigation.
  • A polygraph may be required for some positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or have an associate’s degree with an additional 4 years of related experience for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor’s degree.
  • 6 years of experience supporting ISR operations, collection management, business process improvement, or knowledge management functions with at least a portion of experience within the last two years.

  • Graduate of a DoD or Intelligence Community in-residence Collection Management course.
  • Previous 55th Wing or Air Force airborne cryptologic operations experience
  • Previous project management and process optimization experience
  • Experience briefing senior leaders or operational staff

Responsibilities

  • Support Collection Requirements Management (CRM), Collection Operations Management (COM), ISR Assessments, and ISR planning efforts.
  • Deploy and sustain collection management processes supporting ISR operations and planning activities.
  • Engage analysts and stakeholders to identify intelligence requirements and develop appropriate collection strategies.
  • Translate intelligence needs into validated multi-INT collection requirements.
  • Provide on-site and remote Collection Management/ISR support and training to 55th Wing personnel
  • Develop and implement enterprise knowledge management and information management standards supporting ACC, NAFs, Centers, and Wings.
  • Implement metadata strategies, data governance practices, and classification guidance.
  • Execute data retention and information lifecycle management policies.
