Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years in a Training/Teaching role
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst SME
• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps (comfortable with creating epics/features for projects)
• 5+ years of experience with as-is/to-be processes and content creation
• 3+ years of experience using/teaching tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio)

Responsibilities

• Conducting business process reengineering initiatives.
• Creating as-is/to-be processes and content.
• Training others on tools and processes.
