Requirements

  • 5+ years of process improvement or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot, with a strong understanding of how to optimize sales processes and drive effective tool utilization.
  • Project management skills and experience leading complex programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of continuous quality improvement methods and tools

Nice To Haves

  • preferred fields include Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, and Six Sigma is preferred
  • Management consulting experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across NASM and will be responsible for leading complex business process evaluation and assessment projects across NASM.
  • Lead early upfront business process assessment and in-progress efforts, identifying areas of improvement and proposing recommendations to address the challenges identified.
  • Leverage different improvement methodologies to resolve and lead the project execution or transition to a project manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Partner with the Technology team to develop and maintain a systems roadmap that supports process optimization and long‑term scalability.
  • Lead and support process improvement projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring, with an emphasis on lead‑to‑cash processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize business processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop solutions.
  • Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to educate stakeholders on new processes and systems.
  • Stay up to date with industry’s best practices and trends in process improvement methodologies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive process improvement efforts.
  • Regularly communicate process improvement updates and results to senior management.
