Reporting to the Group Vice President of Operations, the Business Process Improvement Manager leads the development and execution of the MRO Group's Business Process Improvement strategy. This role drives and sustains process improvement initiatives across all MRO Group facilities, focusing on operational and customer excellence, profitability, and regulatory compliance. Key methodologies include Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. This position is based in Miami, Florida.
