About The Position

As a member of the Global Enterprise Excellence team, the Manager of Business Process Improvement partners with organizational stakeholders to enhance productivity, solve complex challenges, and optimize processes to drive high-impact initiatives that contribute to operating income and gross margin improvements. This role works across all divisions, functions, and regions to streamline business processes and improve customer and employee experience through process improvement efforts, customer journey mapping, and the adoption of technology. The individual is responsible for leading workshops to guide cross-functional teams through process transformations, while utilizing process improvement methodologies to develop innovative solutions that foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience driving lean methodologies in a business environment
  • Experience managing projects with effective change management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (globally).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key connector between our IT team and business users, helping translate needs into clear solutions and ensuring our process modeling tool is used to its fullest potential.
  • Leading enterprise-wide projects to improve business outcomes, productivity, and leverage digital solutions to deliver measurable results; report progress to key decision-makers
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to execute improvement plans, including voice of customer activities, data analysis, process mapping, and change management
  • Collaborating with leaders to devise and implement continuous improvement strategies, while fostering a culture of ongoing process enhancement through best practices and tools
  • Engaging stakeholders to identify key improvement opportunities; form teams to drive initiatives
  • Leading workshops to brainstorm for solutions; use process and technology capabilities to resolve challenges and roadblocks
  • Advocating for process improvements across all functions and ensure alignment with organizational goals; identify opportunities to enhance efficiency using intelligent automation
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration to refine global best practices; document methodologies, toolkits, and guidebooks
