Global is seeking a highly experienced Principal, Enterprise Business Process Design to serve as a senior leader for cross-functional business process design within the organization's highest-priority transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with senior leaders, transformation program owners, project and business teams and the Principal Process Strategist – Enterprise Applications to ensure that critical process work translates directly into measurable business value. The fundamental purpose of this role is to ensure Global captures real, near-term business value from disciplined process design — while simultaneously establishing the sustainable, repeatable frameworks needed to scale that value delivery across transformation work over time. This role embeds within key transformation and business initiatives, applying senior expertise to redesign complex, cross-functional processes in ways that improve user experience, eliminate waste, and accelerate value realization. This role leverages modern technology to multiply impact — including AI-enabled process design and analysis tools, process automation platforms, process mining capabilities, and contemporary modeling and documentation tools — bringing these capabilities to bear in ways that accelerate discovery, sharpen analysis, reduce manual effort, and shorten time-to-value. This is a value-first role with framework discipline.
