The Department of Performance Management and Innovation helps the City innovate and transform residents’ lives. An internal consultancy within the enterprise, our collaborative approach advances innovation and moves the dial on equity by: Carefully exploring the issue and its unique challenges Understanding what has worked before and what others are doing successfully Leveraging techniques that generate new, relevant ideas Providing structured project management to drive outcomes Maintaining a data-driven culture that demonstrate results. The Business Process and Data Analyst will work in partnership with existing City staff and other stakeholders to identify areas where our public services are contributing to inequities. Perform research, data analysis, forecasting, data modeling, and generate dynamic content using enterprise, department, and third-party data sources. Provide assistance in the management, analysis, and visualization of department data. Develop data-driven processes to assess problems, generate responsive and innovative solutions, and deliver equitable and measurable results.
