Assist in providing implementation and ongoing support of new and existing plant operations business processes. This role involves daily, weekly, and periodic reconciliation of SAP transactions by department, identifying the root cause of transaction errors, and documenting areas for potential improvement. The auditor will actively monitor, analyze, and record processes, including label printing and tracking, and proactively find solutions for unfinished orders, documentation gaps, and inventory levels. Additionally, the position requires timely reconciliation of background warehouse movement (WM), assistance in risk mitigation plans for business system failures, and comparison of plant floor paperwork to SAP transactions to ensure accuracy. The role also includes assisting in the correction of shipping/receiving errors, suggesting improvements to enhance support activities, and performing all required duties within OSHA and company safety standards. The auditor must follow set company and OSHA safety rules, regulations, and guidelines, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training, company pre-requisite programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP’s). Other duties and responsibilities as necessary will also be performed.
