Business Process Consultant

Pax8
22h$120,000 - $140,000Remote

About The Position

At Pax8, we are transforming how small and mid‑sized businesses adopt modern technology. Our partners—primarily managed service providers—need clarity, structure, and automation to grow. The Business Process Consultant plays a critical role in enabling that transformation by helping partners understand how their work gets done today and how it should get done tomorrow. In this brand‑new role, you will lead operational assessments, map current and future workflows, uncover automation opportunities, and translate business needs into requirements engineering teams can confidently build. This is not a technical builder role—it is a business strategy and process design role supporting a high‑impact transformation initiative. You will be the primary expert in business process mapping and workflow redesign—an area that has not existed formally at Pax8 until now. You’ll support Pax8’s broader transformation initiatives, including new automation and intelligent workflow programs. Your assessments will help partners identify inefficiencies, risks, and the best opportunities for automation and agent‑based solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with automation builders, engineers, solution architects, and product teams. You will bring clarity, structure, and strong facilitation skills to environments where partners often don’t know how their processes truly work.
